She has created a dynamic staff who knows how much she cares about them as she handles all aspects of JP’s day-to-day operations. She has retail experience of over 30 years

JP’s Coffee Operation’s Manager for 5 years
Oversees a diverse staff of employees and managers ranging seasonally from 25 to 45
Teacher and trainer for Midwest Barista School
Responsible for:
Staff hiring, training, scheduling, evaluations and termination
Oversight of store marketing
Handles all business relations, donations and volunteer efforts
Website order fulfillment
Catering and Private Parties for JP’s
Is involved at Hope College (local) as volunteer liaison for incoming students
