Sherry has been in the retail world for over 30 years. She began working at JP’s in 1999 and quickly moved up the ladder to Operations Manager. She has created a dynamic staff who knows how much she cares about them as she handles all aspects of JP’s day-to-day operations. She has retail experience of over 30 years

Her current responsibilities include

  • JP’s Coffee Operation’s Manager for 5 years
  • Oversees a diverse staff of employees and managers ranging seasonally from 25 to 45
  • Teacher and trainer for Midwest Barista School
  • Responsible for:

  • Staff hiring, training, scheduling, evaluations and termination
  • Oversight of store marketing
  • Handles all business relations, donations and volunteer efforts
  • Website order fulfillment
  • Catering and Private Parties for JP’s
  • Is involved at Hope College (local) as volunteer liaison for incoming students
