- The reason for our being here (the blog, not our soul) is to help others in coffee and business succeed.
- For the past few years we have created and emailed newsletters from On Track Coffee Consulting and more recently the Midwest Barista School. We did this because we have a passion for coffee and business and for seeing others succeed.
- The information you get here will be the same (and better) only our method of information dispersal will change: “the blog” will replace “the newsletter”.
- It may take time for us to figure out what a blog is and how to accomplish our goal, but it should be a fun ride.
